Our 3-D Decorative Flags are two applique flags stitched together and then turned inside out and stuffed with a weather resistant material for the 3-dimensional effect. This gives protection for the outside seams because they are not exposed and this, in turn, makes them less likely to fray from high winds. The windsculpt flags are cutout in the shape of the design and are not, as a general rule, square or rectangular.
